As the long climbing season begins to wrap up, join 4th Summit founder Dave Robb as he leads a small team up the quiet but beautiful Shira Route. We're taking 7 days for this climb, giving us plenty of time to get used to the altitude as we ascend. Coming in from the western slopes, we cross the Shira Plateau, taking in the Shira Cathedral, before heading up to the Lava Tower, the Barranco and Karanga Valleys and finally on to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.
